When you register for a CuratorUSA merchant account, connect your Square or Etsy channels, or use our mobile capture platform, we collect operational data necessary to facilitate synchronization:

• Account Credentials: Secure email, passwords, and user profiles managed via Firebase Authentication.
• Channel Integration Details: Square location IDs, OAuth authorization tokens, and active Etsy synchronization metadata.
• Inventory Data: Product listings, photos, prices, descriptions, and SKU codes captured through the mobile engine.
• Transaction Records: Customer shipping addresses and order histories generated safely within isolated tenant databases.

2. Multi-Tenancy Isolation and Security

Your merchant operational data is strictly isolated within the Firebase Firestore backend under your unique tenant document path. We implement atomic transaction drop-states to ensure concurrent shoppers on public storefronts cannot cause data overwrite anomalies or compromise the security of your private inventory ledger.

3. Payouts and Payment Gateways

All financial transactions initiated on your dynamic public storefront are routed directly to your connected Square merchant accounts. CuratorUSA does not store or process card credentials.
