These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CuratorUSA platform, dynamic storefronts, and integration services. By registering an account, capturing inventory, or shopping on one of our dynamic storefront subdomains, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Platform Services and Subscriptions

CuratorUSA provides independent antique and vintage collectors with a multi-channel inventory sync dashboard. Merchants receive a 7-day free trial on registration, after which access is conditional on maintaining an active, paid monthly subscription plan powered securely by Stripe.

2. Merchant Responsibilities and Conduct

Merchants represent that all inventory captured and synchronization triggers completed comply with local reselling laws, and intellectual property requirements. Dynamic subdomains claimed must reflect legitimate brands and must not violate copyright, trademark, or user verification pipelines.

3. Dynamic Storefront and Payment Integrity

Our dynamic storefront subdomains utilize localized sandbox or live Square integrations. All sales made on customer storefronts are between the shopper and the merchant. CuratorUSA acts purely as a synchronization engine and is not responsible for shipment fulfillment, returns, or channel billing disputes.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CuratorUSA, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any lost profits, database sync gaps, or indirect damages resulting from integration failures on Square or Etsy platforms.
